Access, refund, and retention
Access
We request read-only access wherever possible. We make no changes to your accounts, store, ads, website, analytics, or CRM as part of the standard evidence service.
Refund
Before payment, we lock the evidence question in writing. If after the findings call you have not received a written verdict matching that agreed question, we will re-scope at no additional charge or refund 100%, at our discretion.
Retention
Access should be revoked at delivery. Working data is deleted within 30 days. The final report is retained for 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
VAT
Prices exclude VAT. UK VAT is added where applicable. For non-UK B2B clients, VAT treatment is confirmed on invoice after business location and VAT details are checked.

What data access do you need?
Read-only access to GA4 and GSC where available. Optionally one CRM, visitor-ID, or ad-platform export. We make no changes to your accounts.
What happens if the evidence is too thin?
If traffic or event data is insufficient for the agreed question, we re-scope at no additional charge or refund 100%. This is confirmed before work begins.
When does software monitoring start?
Software is available after the evidence report and an installation-readiness review. It is not a self-serve subscription.
